Equilibrium
Sometimes life can present us with unexpected, upsetting and disturbing experiences.
These might include, for example:

-
the suicide of a colleague or a pupil
-
a burglary or attack
-
a traumatic incident at work or on holiday
-
a challenging conflict with a co-worker or family member
-
a major and unexpected loss.

While we may not be seeking counselling or therapy as such, it can be helpful to tell the story of what has happened to an impartial outsider, and to have the feelings and responses it has evoked heard, reflected upon and understood.

This service offers just this: between 1 and 3 sessions of 'critical incident debriefing', a space to recover your balance and equilibrium.
